Welcome to QuitanDo! By downloading, installing, or using the QuitanDo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ChaskaForYou ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of QuitanDo.
QuitanDo is a habit tracking application designed to help users quit bad habits and build positive ones. The App provides features including:
The App is available for download on Android (via Google Play Store) and iOS (via Apple App Store) platforms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use QuitanDo. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
QuitanDo does not require user registration, account creation, or login credentials. The App operates entirely on your device without the need for personal account information. All your habit tracking data is stored locally on your device.

We use RevenueCat as an intermediary service to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions across platforms. All payment processing is handled securely by Google or Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
To cancel your subscription:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.
Refunds are subject to Google Play Store and Apple App Store refund policies. We do not directly process refunds. Please contact Google or Apple for refund requests.
Your habit tracking data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database. We do not collect, store, or have access to your habit information on our servers. The App functions entirely offline.

QuitanDo provides optional backup and restore functionality that allows you to export your data as a JSON file. You are solely responsible for:

The App, including all content, features, functionality, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by ChaskaForYou and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
"QuitanDo" and the QuitanDo logo are trademarks of ChaskaForYou. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
QuitanDo integrates with the following third-party services:
These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.
IMPORTANT: QuitanDo is a habit tracking tool and is NOT a medical device, healthcare service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are dealing with addiction, mental health issues, or medical conditions, please consult with qualified healthcare professionals. The App is designed to support personal goal tracking but should not replace professional medical care.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in QuitanDo.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChaskaForYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update the App to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
Your continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it as described in Section 6.3.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChaskaForYou regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If you have downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
By downloading, installing, or using QuitanDo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
